What do people hear when a person listens to your cell phone greeting? Just your phone number? Your child’s voice? A selection of music? Your greeting needs to say who you are and what company you are with(once you choose a brokerage) plus an assurance that you will return the call as soon as possible (and then do so!).
Stand up while recording your greeting. It will make a difference in how you sound. Try to smile also! The person on the other end is important to you – make them feel how much you welcome their call!
