Virginia Real Estate Exam Prep
The PSI real estate exam is the official real estate license examination that qualifies you to sign up with a broker and become a real estate agent. PSI handles licensing exams in many states. The exam is taken on a computer at a PSI testing site. The cost of the exam in each state varies. It is $60 in Virginia. You need to pass both the national and the state portion of the exam after Prepare and pass the Virginia PSI exam. If you pass only one portion, you would need to reschedule to pay for and retake the portion you did not pass. NOTE: Reciprocity requires only the Virginia portion of the exam (assuming you took at least 60 hours of prelicense in your state). See information on the PSI exam here.
Online Virginia Exam Prep – covers national and state
These courses allow you to study both Virginia and national exam prep. You can take national or Virginia or both as a package deal. They include many practice exam question and answers. Many prefer this for getting fully prepared in an interactive online course. View online exam prep courses
Exam Prep Books– Get either the national or Virginia books or both. The Virginia law and practice is a great reference book while the VA exam prep book has about 200 questions and answers. Live in-person exam prep – $150 This is available in our office in Reston, VA located in Northern Virginia near DC. Many have traveled from outside of the Northern Virginia area to have help in passing the Virginia PSI exam and the national portion of the PSI exam. The in-person exam prep includes national and Virginia state subjects for those who have already taken a pre-license course and for those seeking a license by reciprocity.
It usually takes about an hour to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Paul helps with a personal review of your specific situation including your background and prior PSI results if any.
You will take a multiple choice practice exam up to 100 questions followed by his popular one-on-one exam review. No other school provides this personalized review.
You will also receive the exclusive “Secrets to Passing the PSI Exam”, a complete summary of his key points to remember for each subject that you need to help you pass both the national and Virginia portions of the Virginia PSI exam. The document includes multiple pdf pages covering each of the national and Virginia subjects, 1-2 pages per subject as a quick pre-exam review guide. This is a very unique feature of our course that no other school provides. The PSI Exams site has a practice exam that covers only the national Q&As and may also be helpful But our school is geared to Virginia.
