About the Virginia PSI Exam

The PSI real estate exam is the official real estate license examination that qualifies you to  sign up with a broker and become a real estate agent.  The exam is taken on a computer at a PSI testing site or online.   You need to pass both the national and the state portion of the exam after you complete the pre-license course (also called License course).  If you pass only one portion, you would need to reschedule to pay for and retake the portion you did not pass.  Retake of both or either is $60.
