Does this exam prep course cover similar material to the PSI exam?
Yes.  It covers Virginia state real estate questions and answers similar to the national portion of the PSI exam.  It does not include national material. 

Will I have access to someone to answer questions?
Yes. For questions on content, Paul Hartke is a licensed Virginia instructor and an active Virginia broker in Northern Virginia.  Paul is available through our contact form on VaRealtySchool.com.  For general questions, also use our contact form.

Who needs Virginia real estate exam prep?

• If you failed the Virginia state portion of the PSI real estate exam, but passed the national portion.
• If you have not taken the PSI exam, but feel that the state portion is more difficult than the national portion.
