Residential Track - Includes 15 credit hours of mandatory topics plus 15 credit hours of electives. Total: 30 hours of VA approved post license education for the Residential Track. These courses are taken completely online, at your own pace, log in and log out with your own user name and password. You may start the course immediately after signing up. It is approved for the hours stated,and the Virginia Real Estate Board requires you to spend 50 minutes per credit hour. No books and no classroom time needed.

All online post-license Virginia real estate courses are approved for credit hours by the Virginia Real Estate Board. Upon verification of course completion, the Virginia Real Estate Board will be notified.
