Virginia 19 hour CE package
16 hours CE plus required 3 hours RSA
Virginia continuing education requirement: (2nd and later renewals - all licensees)
Sales person: 8 hours mandatory plus 8 hours of electives. For renewals from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014, you also need 3 hours RSA (Residential Standard Agency). The total is 19 hours.
Do NOT sign up for this course if you have not renewed previously. Also, do not sign up until AFTER your first renewal. Even if you take your post license, you need to wait until your first 2 year renewal before you will get credit for the CE.

Continuing Education - 16 hours for salespersons and 24 hours for brokers required every 2 years. Additional 3 hour RSA course required for those whose license expires between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2014.
Post License Courses - Is this your first renewal? Salespersons renewing for the first time are required to take 30 hours of post license. If this is your first renewal, see the 30 hours of post license courses.
